Return and Exchange Policy

All items are final sale. No returns, no exchanges. 

 

 

Modification Service: 

I do offer modification service. If your pieces needed adjustments made to the size, you can send the pieces back for modification. However, the customer is responsible for shipping cost to send back the pieces back to me.

 

 

Shipping: 

For custom items; your item starts being made as soon as I receive payment confirmation. Depending on the order placed, shipping can take 2-5 weeks. Larger orders will take more time. 

Ready to ship items will ship within 48 hours of order being placed. 

If an item is damaged during shipping, a refund will be given. This is the only time a refund will be offered.
